The Terengganu Science and Creativity Center (PSKT) was officially launched on March 22, 2005 by the Chief Minister of Terengganu and is a state government agency under the State Education, Higher Education, Science, Technology, and Human Resources Committee.
PSKT currently operates in Kampung Laut, Kuala Terengganu since April 4, 2016. Previously, PSKT operated at the Terengganu Trade Center (TTC) in Kuala Terengganu.
